Getting Started with Pitchko
Pitchko automates the pitch decks digital marketing agencies use to win new clients. This guide walks you through your first deck step by step.
1. Create your account
Go to the sign-up page and register with your email or Google account. A verification email arrives within minutes — check Spam if you don't see it.
2. Fill out your agency profile
The onboarding screen greets you on first login:
- Agency name — appears in the title slide of every deck
- Logo — PNG, JPG or WebP, max 5 MB
- Services — the main offerings you sell (SEO, PPC, social...)
- Vertical focus — which industries you target
You can edit any of this later via Settings → Agency profile.
3. Create a new presentation
Back on the dashboard, click New Presentation in the top right. Paste the prospect's website URL.
Pitchko scrapes the site, analyzes brand tone, product-market fit and competitive positioning. It usually takes 30-60 seconds.
4. Review the brief
When analysis finishes, the brief screen opens. You'll see:
- Target audience definition
- Suggested messaging angles
- Competitive comparison
Edit any line, add what's missing, then click Generate deck.
5. Download the pitch deck
Once ready, a 12-15 slide deck appears. Download as PPTX, push to Google Slides, or generate a shareable link.
