Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Pitchko affiliate program. By joining, you accept them.
Eligibility
Only agencies with an active paid subscription may join the affiliate program. Accounts on the free plan or on a one-time pack may not. If you have cancelled your subscription you remain eligible until the period you have paid for ends. Enrollment commits the whole agency to these terms, so only an agency owner or admin can opt in. One referral code is issued per agency. If your subscription ends after you have joined, your enrollment is not removed: your referral link keeps working and commissions keep accruing for the 12-month window set out in these terms.
Commission
You earn 20% of the qualifying payments made by each agency that signs up through your referral link, and that agency gets 10% off its first credit pack. The discount applies to one-time credit packs only, not to a subscription. The rate is stamped on each commission when it accrues; a future rate change applies only to commissions accrued after the change.
Commission window
Commission accrues on a referred agency’s payments for 12 months from the date that agency signed up. After 12 months the referral expires and stops accruing.
How a referral is credited
A referral is credited on a LAST-CLICK basis: the agency is attributed to the referral code carried by the most recent link it followed before signing up. If someone follows two different referral links, the later one wins. Attribution is recorded at sign-up and does not change afterwards, so a link followed later by an existing customer creates no new referral.
Qualifying payments & refunds
Qualifying payments are the referred agency’s successful subscription and one-time charges. If a charge is refunded, the matching commission for that period is reversed (voided). Commission is computed on the net amount actually retained. A chargeback is treated exactly as a refund: the commission it relates to is reversed on the same basis.
Payouts
Payouts are made in US dollars (USD). Once your accrued balance reaches 50 USD we start your payout within 5 business days; you do not need to request it. Balances below that amount are never forfeited — they carry over and keep accruing. Accrued balances are shown in your affiliate dashboard. You choose how each payout is settled: cash in US dollars, or Pitchko credit worth 40% more than the cash amount — a 100 USD commission becomes 140 USD of credit. The choice is yours every time and credit is never applied on your behalf.
Taxes
Commission is paid gross of any tax you may owe. You are responsible for declaring and paying any income, sales or other tax arising from what you earn here, under the rules of the country where you are tax resident. Where the law requires us to withhold tax at source, we withhold it and pay you the remainder; we will tell you the amount withheld. We do not give tax advice.
Prohibited use
Self-referrals (referring your own agency or accounts you control) and other abuse are not permitted. Referrals identified as self-dealing or fraudulent are excluded from commission, and we may withhold or reverse commission on referrals that breach these terms.
Ending your participation or the programme
You may leave the programme at any time. We may end your participation, or the programme as a whole, with notice — and immediately where these terms have been breached. If the programme ends, commission already accrued on qualifying payments is still paid out under the normal terms; what stops is future accrual. Ending your participation does not cancel a referred agency's discount.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
