Credits become available the moment you buy them and can be partially spent straight away. Credits you have not spent are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase; credits you have spent are not, because performance of a digital service occurs at the moment the credit is spent.
All payments are processed via iyzico; your card details are never stored on our servers. iyzico is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, and all traffic is encrypted with TLS.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel your Pro or Scale subscription in one click from your dashboard; you keep the plan's features until the end of the current period. Credits granted with the period lapse when it ends; credit packs you bought separately stay in your balance.
What is your refund policy?
One rule: credits you have not spent are refundable within 14 days of purchase, and credits you have spent are not. Partial use does not remove the right, it only reduces the amount. On a subscription the 14 days run from the FIRST purchase; automatically renewed periods are outside the withdrawal window. Credits granted with a subscription carry no separate charge and are therefore not refundable.
Why are the credits I have spent not refundable?
A credit is performed the moment it is spent: the scan runs, the pitch deck is generated. Under Art. 15(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Sales Regulation, the right of withdrawal lapses once an instantly performed digital service has begun. Buying credits is not itself performance — it is putting money on a balance — which is why the unspent part stays refundable for 14 days.
Where do I buy more credits?
From your dashboard, with no plan change. Credit packs are one-off; the credits you buy never expire and do not lapse when a subscription ends.
Who can join the affiliate program?
The affiliate program is included with any paid subscription; the free plan and one-time packs are not covered. Once you join you get your own referral link and earn 20% of every agency you refer, for their first 12 months — and they get 10% off their first credit pack.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Your billing country decides: buyers resident in Türkiye pay in Turkish lira, buyers elsewhere pay in US dollars. The lira amount is calculated at the Central Bank of Türkiye selling rate at the moment of payment, and that rate is shown with its date on the checkout screen. Your invoice is issued in the currency you paid in.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your pitch deck content, briefs and user data are never used to train any AI model.
