Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Pitchko service at pitchko.io ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to users 18 years or older or to authorised legal entities.

Service description

Pitchko is a SaaS platform that generates AI-assisted pitch decks for digital marketing agencies. The Service analyses inputs you provide (URLs, brief notes) and produces deck content. Generated content is a starting point; reviewing it before delivering to a client is the user's responsibility.

User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials (email + password or SSO) secure and for all activity under your account. Report unauthorised access immediately to info@pitchko.io.

Pricing and billing

Pitchko offers three self-serve plans: (i) Free — $0, a one-off 50 credits on sign-up which do not renew; (ii) Pro — $39/mo or $390/year billed yearly, crediting 500 credits to your account each period; (iii) Scale — $99/mo or $990/year billed yearly, crediting 2,000 credits each period. In addition, (iv) Enterprise — volume and price set in a separate contract. Credits are held in a single wallet and work across every product: pitch deck generation, AI visibility scans and SEO analysis. What an action will cost in credits is shown in the dashboard before it starts; a standard pitch deck is 150 credits. Credit packs start at $15: 150/500/1,500 credits for $15/$50/$150 (one-off). Credits granted with a subscription roll over for at most two periods and lapse when the subscription ends; purchased credits do not expire. Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew; unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next period, the next period is billed. Displayed prices exclude VAT. Domestic (TR) customers are charged 20% Turkish VAT on top; for export (non-TR) sales 0% Turkish VAT applies (service export, VAT Law Art. 11/1-a). Payments are processed via iyzico. Buyers resident in Türkiye pay for subscriptions in Turkish lira at a FIXED amount (Pro ₺2,250/mo, ₺22,540/yr; Scale ₺5,720/mo, ₺57,210/yr — VAT included); for one-off credit packs the lira amount is calculated at the Central Bank of Türkiye rate at the time of payment. Discount codes apply only to one-off credit packs. Credits you have not spent are refunded within 14 days of purchase; credits you have spent are not refunded, because performance occurs at the moment a credit is spent.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Under the Turkish Distance Sales Regulation Art. 15/g, digital content delivered instantly is exempt from withdrawal once performance begins. You may withdraw within 14 days only if no pitch deck has yet been generated; once deck generation starts, the right of withdrawal lapses. Refund requests go in writing to info@pitchko.io; approved refunds are returned to your payment method within 14 business days. For B2B contracts, consumer law does not apply; refund terms are defined in the contract.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' access. You may not resell or sublicense access to the Service itself — accounts, seats or API keys — to third parties, and you may not present the Service as a platform of your own. White-labelling the OUTPUT is expressly permitted on the plans that include it: on Pro and Enterprise you may deliver the pitch decks, reports, PDFs and embedded widgets you generate to your own clients under your own brand, with Pitchko branding removed. You may not generate content that discriminates by gender, race, religion, or content that demeans personal dignity.

Intellectual property

The Pitchko platform — design, code, brand and AI models — belongs to us and is protected by IP law. The pitch deck content produced for you through the Service belongs to you; you have unrestricted rights of commercial use, client presentation, sharing and reuse. Proprietary client data you upload (logos, brand assets, pricing) remains the property of you or your client.

AI-generated content and responsibility

Pitchko uses content generated by AI models (Gemini, Claude, etc.). AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or hallucinations (fabricated information). Reviewing ALL output for accuracy, brand fit, and legal risk before delivering to a client or third party is the user's responsibility. Pitchko is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from AI content.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is"; no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement is given. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitchko's total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Consumer-law rights are not affected by this limitation.

Service availability

For the self-serve plans — Free, Pro and Scale — we use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available; no uptime guarantee is given. Enterprise plans set the SLA in a separate contract. We notify of planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.

Cancellation and termination

Cancel your subscription anytime via Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. To delete your account entirely, use Settings → Danger zone → Delete your account. Pitchko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach the terms or pose a security risk, without prior notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices. Users acting as consumers retain the right to bring claims before the Consumer Courts of their place of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes (pricing, billing, liability clauses) are announced at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
