Delivery & Refund Policy

Pitchko is a SaaS platform delivering digital content (pitch decks). The sections below summarise how the service is delivered, your right of withdrawal, and the refund process. For the full legal text, see the Distance Sales Agreement.
1. Delivery method
The Pitchko service is fully digital. Upon payment confirmation your account is activated immediately and the plan quota (pitch deck generation credits) becomes usable. No physical goods are shipped; the place of delivery is your Pitchko account. Standard delivery time: instant (within seconds of payment confirmation).
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Turkish Distance Sales Regulation Art. 15(ğ), the right of withdrawal for digital content delivered electronically and instantly lapses once performance begins with your express consent. IN PRACTICE: • If no pitch deck has yet been generated: you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase; your payment is refunded in full. • Once any pitch deck generation begins: the right of withdrawal lapses, and refund requests are governed by Section 3 below. For B2B contracts (legal entity buyers), consumer law does not apply; refund terms are defined in the master agreement signed with your organization.
3. Refund process and timeline
Refund requests are sent in writing to info@pitchko.io from the email associated with your account. The request must include: • Order date • Payment method used (card, bank transfer, etc.) • Reason for refund Approved refunds are returned within 14 business days to the same payment method used at purchase. For iyzico-processed payments, the refund may take 1-7 business days to reach your bank account depending on bank processing times. Partial-period refunds: pro-rata refunds are issued only when service interruption is caused by Pitchko (permanent access loss, service shutdown).
4. Failed pitch deck — automatic token refund
If pitch deck generation fails due to a technical error, the token (generation credit) used is automatically refunded to your account. No separate refund request is needed.
5. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your Pro Subscription with one click from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you can continue to use your remaining quota until then. Pro-rata refunds are not issued for cancelled periods (subject to the exceptions in Section 3).
