Account & Billing
How credits work
Everything in Pitchko costs credits: producing a pitch deck, running an SEO audit, running an AI visibility scan. They all draw on the same balance, so you never have to decide at the start of the month how much of each product you are going to use.
What a given set of options will cost is shown in the panel before you start producing. Estimating it is not something we expect you to do.
Your balance is two things, and they behave differently:
- Your subscription's monthly credits roll over if unused, but not indefinitely: at most two periods accumulate.
- Credits you buy separately never expire.
Spending draws on the monthly credits first, so the ones that can expire are used first.
Plans and prices
Plan contents, monthly credit amounts and prices are published on the pricing page — this page does not restate them, because when there are two copies one of them eventually goes wrong.
To change plan, go to Billing → Plan. Your balance and past spending are under Billing → Balance.
Payment methods and currency
Payments are taken through iyzico; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy cards are accepted, along with bank transfer.
Prices are in USD. Buyers based in Turkey are charged in TRY at the Turkish Central Bank selling rate; buyers elsewhere pay in USD. Prices exclude VAT, and VAT is added at checkout for buyers based in Turkey.
Where do I find invoices?
Billing → Invoices. Every past invoice downloads from there. Tax ID and billing address for corporate accounts live under Billing → Billing details.
Cancelling your subscription
Billing → Plan → Cancel subscription. Cancellation is not instant: you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. The conditions for refunding an amount paid in advance are set out in the Terms of Service and in Delivery & Refunds.
Deleting your account (KVKK right)
If you want your data deleted, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. The detail and the timescales are in the KVKK notice.
