Subscription plans

Pitchko offers three plans:

• Free — first pitch deck free, limited slide templates
• Pro — monthly or yearly, unlimited decks, premium templates
• Enterprise — custom contract, team management, SLA

Switch plans via Settings → Billing → Choose plan. Yearly plans are 20% cheaper than monthly.

Payment methods

In Turkey we process via iyzico — Visa, Mastercard, Troy cards plus bank transfer. International cards are converted to TRY at your bank's exchange rate.

Where do I find invoices?

Settings → Billing → My invoices. All past invoices download as PDF (plus e-Invoice/e-Archive for Turkey). Tax IDs for corporate accounts live in Settings → Agency profile → Legal info.

What are tokens?

Each pitch deck generation consumes a fixed token amount. Your subscription includes a monthly token quota; if it runs out you can buy extra bundles. Unused tokens roll over to the next month.

Cancelling your subscription

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation is not instant — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for amounts paid in advance can be made within 14 days; see Terms of Service.

Deleting your account (KVKK right)

If you want your data deleted, go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. All personal data is removed within 30 days. See KVKK notice.
